Wooden floors & rug are in lounge/ kitchen area.The lounge has comfortable seating with preview TV & DVD. French doors lead to the decking area with table & chairs & garden with small lake, and wild life. The bathroom is completely tiled with jacuzzi bath & shower. The Sharps twin bedded bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space & TV & is newly carpeted. The space We are located in a very quiet area. The garden attracts ducks to feed, squirrels & birds plus cows in adjacent field. We are 4 minutes by car from Gt Eccleston where all necessities can be bought. An ideal place to chill out & relax. Guest access Guests have complete access to the garden & small lake views. The apartment is self contained with gas central heating & electric cooking. There is designated parking space & an outside electric point for electric cars.
