This room has 1 Single Bed, Private Toilet & Bath. There is AC unit inside which has separate billing for actual AC usage. Sub-meter installed. 3-storey building in interior quiet place, for rent to ladies only. Ground floor shared lounge area & the 3rd floor shared kitchen & laundry area. Each bedroom provided with beddings and pillow per bed. Wifi access. Near public market, bakeries, eateries and quasi parish. 1 to 2 minutes walk to main road where you can get public transport. The space We only provide the bed mattress cover and pillow. You need to bring your own toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, toothpaste) and towels. There are many sari-sari stores in the area. Guest access Guest have shared lounge area at the ground floor, and kitchen and laundry area at the 3rd floor. The first and second floors have separate 2 toilet and 2 bathrooms shared by guests with rooms without toilet and bath. During your stay The apartment with ladies rooms for rent is separate building but very near the owner's residence. We are available anytime for guests' concerns. We have an in-house administrator staying inside the apartment. Other things to note We don't provide transport from the airport / sea port. We recommend for the guest to take the Grab Taxi in going to our place/the property, from the airport or sea port.
