Welcome to your light-flooded apartment on the German Wine Route! In the heart of Kallstadt, a stylish accommodation awaits you in a listed winery from 1872, which was renovated in 2018/2019. The apartment on the mezzanine floor offers one bedroom and one living room and combines historic charm with modern comfort – ideal for business travelers and small families looking for a special atmosphere. The space The charming apartment is on the raised ground floor. It consists of a bedroom, living room, open kitchen and dining area, bathroom and guest toilet. The bedroom is quietly located towards the courtyard and offers a queen-size solid wood bed (160 × 200 cm). In the living area, there is a high-quality couch that can be converted into a comfortable sofa bed (sleeping area 140 × 200 cm) for additional people. A smart TV with soundbar is available for TV, streaming services and music. The open kitchen is extensively equipped (e.g. N'espress capsule machine, French press, fridge/freezer combination, oven, induction cooktop, toaster, kettle, etc.) and opens into the dining area. The daylight bathroom has a spacious, open shower. Fresh bed sheets and towels are of course provided. Guest access The front door can be reached via the courtyard. In the courtyard, there is a covered parking space for 1 car. Bicycles can be safely parked in a separate shed if needed. The arrival is flexible for the guest/guests. The apartment is available from 3:00 pm. You can remove the key from the key safe. The access code for the key safe will be sent to you shortly before your arrival. The key opens both the house and apartment doors. On the day of departure, we ask our guests to leave the apartment by 11:00 am at the latest. The key must be returned to the key safe. When you leave, the apartment should look the same as you found it. Final cleaning is included in the rental price.
