In a farm from 1680, you will stay in 1 old stone press. You'll see horses, chickens, cats and dogs. This accommodation is in the countryside less than 6 minutes from Savenay train station by car or 15 minutes by bike. The accommodation is independent and has its own access road as well as its private courtyard with its old bread oven. It is suitable for both business travelers and families doing tourism. The railway runs along the property. The space Studio with a miller's ladder to go to the mezzanine (you can't stand up in the mezzanine) and in the living room a sofa bed. You will find a bathroom with shower and toilet and washing machine, a dining area and a kitchen area. The accommodation is close to Cordemais, Donges and Saint Herblain, on a greenway (bike route connecting the Nantes canal to Brest and the Loire by bike). You can directly access the Lavau Observatory, Cordemais Terre d'Estuaire, and Lake Savenay by bike. We live on the property. We can provide you with two bicycles to discover the walks from the property (GR, marsh, etc.) Guest access You can stroll through the 6 hectares (fields, forest, pond) of the property, go see the horses and other animals, but also discover an agroforestry project (planting trees for a specific purpose). Our property is not a landscaped park but a place that respects biodiversity ; ), we also have a vegetable garden, beehives. To walk around, feel free to wear boots in winter.
