Classic Blairgowrie Beach House on the border of Sorrento at the narrowest point on the peninsula - minutes walk to Blairgowrie Bay Beach and Koonya Surf Beach. Perfect family getaway at anytime of the year. 4 bedrooms which accommodate 2 families (sleeps 9) The space Comfortably accommodate 2 families with 4 bedrooms. (Sleeps 8 - with 4 queen beds) It's at the narrowest point on the peninsula, only a few minutes walk to the Sorrento and Blairgowrie front bay beaches or the Koonya back beach. Right on the border of Sorrento, short walk to Koonya general store for a morning coffee and essentials and 2 minute drive to Sorrento or Blairgowrie’s shops. Guest access 4 bedrooms, all with queen size beds 2 entertainment areas, main with a 75 inch TV and a PlayStation 4 Pro with many games and 2 controllers. The 4th bedroom has a 50 inch TV, and another Playstation 4 Pro. All TV's are internet enabled with Netflix etc. Wifi (NBN) and Netflix (internet enabled TV), Amazon Prime and You Tube. Large 8 seat dining table indoors and large 10 seat outdoor table for bbq's. Webber family Q plugged to mains gas. Large bi fold doors open to outdoor bbq area great for summer lunches with family and friends for dinner after the beach. Fully fenced property in a quiet street, great for kids and safe for dogs too. Other things to note 1. Linen and towels. The quoted price is based on you bringing your own linen (fitted sheets, doona covers, pillow cases) and towels (bath and beach). We can provide all of these for an additional fee of $100 per stay for a full house of up to 9 guests (3 queen size beds and a double bunk - double on bottom single on top) and up to I0 towels. The price is lower to allow people to byo if you want to reduce the cost of one night stays. Note the bottom bunk is very comfortable and suitable for 2 adults. NB bath matts, hand towels and tea towels are provided, as well as pillows and doonas. 2. Pets - ifyou are bringing your pet please ensure that you have cleaned any pets mess indoors / also wash the dog bowls if you have used these. There is a high chair and porta cot on premises should you require this for your little one. The property is fully fenced and is pet friendly even for dogs. Have blocked all gaps around fences etc. 2. Cleaning - outdoors - all rubbish to be placed in bins and bins to be put out on the nature strip - if you stay on the weekend you must leave the bins out. ALL BINS for collection on Monday. Note there are 2 standard garbage bins so you should have plenty of room to dispose of your garbage. There is a third bin - express bin hire - Use this if the 2 standard council bins are full. If the express bin is full, place it on the nature strip and let me know so I can arrange collection on Tuesdays. If you have excess garbage YOU MUST TAKE THIS WITH YOU or we will charge $100 for a tip and transport fee (ie to take this to the tip). THIS WILL BE DEDUCTED From your bond. - do not leave anything in the yard (eg kids toys, beach toys etc). - BBQ - clean this to the same standard as when you arrived. ie clean all hot plates and wipe down the outside surface - NO SMOKING in the house - if any evidence of smoking or any cigarette smells are detected you will be charged an additional $200 cleaning penalty via airbnb
