A real find, with ★★★★★ reviews!! The space This stunning 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is situated in a typical Catalan historical building that was entirely renovated in 2012. High ceilings with beautiful moldings, lots of light, and some really interesting architecture features make this beautiful flat a sure choice. Ideally located between Plaça Urquinaona and Arc de Triomf, you will be staying in the heart of the city while enjoying total peace and quiet inside (even with the windows open!). The neighborhood is residential with lots of shops and restaurants and only about 10 minutes on foot to El Born, Passeig de Sant Joan, Parc de la Cuitadella, and Plaça de Catalunya. The apartment offers a large modern living room with a mixture of colorful and antique furniture. The sofa converts into a comfortable bed (108W x 225L). The room is very spacious with a large HDTV. An antique desk is available for your laptop (Wi-Fi connection included) or other work needs. The dining room is surrounded by south-facing windows which open into the interior of the block, giving you a sense of eating outside in total tranquility. The large main bedroom is equipped with a luxurious queen size bed (special attention was given to the quality of the mattress); a large wardrobe for your personal items; and an en-suite shower room and toilet. The second bedroom is smaller but offers a choice of 2 single beds (perfect for kids) or having them pushed together for couples. The bathroom is across the hallway. The kitchen offers all the modern amenities you would expect from an apartment of this standard: Nespresso machine, water kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, and all that you will ever need to cook just like you would at home. The great advantage of this flat is not only its size and open layout but also its location in the city without having to suffer any noise disruption from the street. Restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, and pharmacies can all be found within a block. Linen, towels, soap, and shampoo are prepared before your arrival.
