O’Connor Castle is ideally situated on Sandpiper Lane, a quiet street a few steps away from Manzanita’s expansive, beautiful beach. We are a short walk to Manzanita’s nine-hole golf course; and the town, with its many shops and restaurants is less than a mile away. Outdoor activities nearby, such as hiking, biking, kayaking and surfing, make Manzanita an ideal place for your next vacation. This home has been in our family for over 40 years and we are excited to share it with you. MCA#212. Inside the castle you will find a large open space for cooking, dining and relaxing. We stock the kitchen with pantry basics, and you are welcome to use what you need. There are five bedrooms with comfortable beds and new linens, and two bathrooms to share. The deck offers a view of the ocean and another alternative for relaxing, grilling, and dining. Find yourself with a rainy day here? We have wi-fi, television that can accommodate your Netflix or Amazon viewing, an extensive DVD collection, a kids’ room with books and games to help you enjoy your stay. *We wanted our return guests to know we have recently updated our deck, outdoor seating, bathrooms, mattresses, kitchen appliances and carpeting. The whole house is yours, please remove your shoes when you enter. We feature a self-check in with a key pad. We are available by phone or text and we have a service in town that can help with emergencies. We are following the safe cleaning and disinfecting guidelines established by the city of Manzanita. Extra time and care is being taken o ensure everyone's safety, during this time our standard check in time is 4:00pm to accommodate for these practices. Our place is dog-friendly but please let us know when you request to book if you plan on bringing a dog. We do charge an additional $25 per night, with a maximum of $100 per dog. There are additional charges for a 2nd dog. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture.
