The newly renovated house is located in the center of Muratto, a few steps from the Petruzzelli theatre, the ancient village, the promenade, and Bari's sights. La loggia is an apartment fitted with all amenities; enjoy peace and absolute tranquility despite the central location. The building dates back to the late nineteenth century and is characterized by a skylight shaft that will make you feel like you are out of time. The space La loggia is a superbly equipped loft consisting of a living room, kitchen, loft with bedroom, and a bathroom. The apartment has just been renovated.
