A river side farm villa nestled amidst lush green farm, The Palavayal Farm Villa is a perfect getaway for a complete retreat into the nature. Tejaswini river flows through the property, giving our guests exclusive private access to the river. Guests can also relax at our large 12x6m swimming pool. We indulge our guests in river rafting, kayaking, river/farm walk & houseboat rides. Ideal for those who want to get away from the city and spent quality time with family and friends amidst the nature. The space The Palavayal Farm Villa offers spacious and well maintained rooms with all modern amenities. We have two buildings side by side that are interconnected with a dining area in the middle. This listing has total 5 AC rooms and other common areas. The river is just a 50 meters walk from the property. Our guests experience the privacy and comfort of home and the luxury of staying in a private farm with access to a pristine and clean river. Originating from the nearby mountains, Tejaswini river is a rich habitat for flora and fauna. During monsoon season (Jun-Sep), it is best suited for rafting and kayaking expeditions. During all other months, trekking through the river is a fascinating experience. Visit The Palavayal Farm Villa if you want to spend some quiet time alone with nature and your loved ones. Guest access There are five AC rooms available in this listing. We have two buildings side by side which are interconnected with a dining area in the middle. All the rooms have a separate entry and patio/sit out/verandah available. Please note that the entire property will be made available to those who book this listing. There won’t be any other guests in the property. Our pricing policy is based on the number of persons. So please ensure to select the exact number of persons while doing the booking. We would be permitting only the exact number of persons as per the booking. We will be assigning the rooms based on the number of persons. All the guests will have access to the entire area which includes hall, dining areas, kitchen, work area, veranda and porch. Guests have also access to the entire 15 acre of farm which has coconut, arecanut, nutmeg and pineapple plantations. Guests can also access the Tejaswini river which is just a 50 meter walk from the property. It flows alongside our private property, and so our guests have complete privacy for swimming, bathing and trekking in the river. Other things to note We have a maid who can cook for you. We provide a simple veg breakfast as complimentary. Lunch and Dinner are available at a nominal cost as per your requirements. Campfire and barbecue is also available as per request. Just have a good time and do remember to carry swim wear to have a good time in the pool and the river. Enjoy the fresh water and the pleasant greenery all round you. You can also carry flip flops or sandals while doing the river and farm walk.
