The house is totally renovated from scratch. It is situated in a 6 individual houses complex, which was built at the edge of a cliff in front of the sea and the forest. It is not close to the street so it is very quiet; It has a beautiful view especially from the upper rooms and a 300sq meters private garden. It is fully equipped but we can always adjust house’s equipment to your special needs. All items in the house are carefully selected and they are all of high quality. The space There are 3 rooms on the top floor and master bathroom. Two of them are equipped with a double bed and a closet. One of the rooms is designed to host a baby but it can be adapted according to your needs – so it can be redesigned to host two kids or even two grownups. Just ask for it in advance. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, the kitchen and a WC. On the entrance outside the house there is an outside private shower (not hot water there – hey it’s a summer!) and on the back master garden there is a private BBQ which you can use whenever you feel like. It is a kid’s friendly house and you can always use our garden toys and the other kid’s toys, books and equipment. We can provide on demand Highchairs & Booster Seats, Strollers, baby parks, baby swimming pools etc. Other things to note Some travellers prefer it for the winter cause it is “cleverly isolated”. It is close to civilization but at the same time is too quiet; it has central heating and a fireplace with free woods. You can discover the winter Halkidiki as well. There are not A/C installed as there are roof vendilators of high quality in each room and in living room that do not dry the air. I think they do the job in a healthier way!
