Just steps from rugged beaches and scenic walks, it’s a 7-minute drive to the airport and 10 minutes to the CBD. A great base to experience Wellington’s stunning coast and vibrant city life! The space A small (25m2) cosy studio, 10min from the airport and 15 to the CBD is ideal for singles or couples. It's equipped with all the basics, including a kitchenette and smallwasher/dryer combo. It can be prone to humidity during and after wet weather. A dehumidifier and heat pump help to prevent moisture. The apartment is at street level. Despite double glazing throughout, there can be road noise. Guest access There are three steps up to the apartment door, where you can check yourself in using your unique door code. The keypad is conveniently located above the handle on the door. The studio is all yours for the duration of your stay. If you need any assistance, we’re just up the stairs at the front of the house, an AirBNB message, or phone call away and happy to help! Other things to note Parking is across the road in free public gravel parking bays. The house is located on a main road which can be busy during the day and sometimes a bit noisy. Please take extra care when crossing the road. We provide high speed fibre broadband with Freeview. We have a 5kg washer/dryer combo which is just right for small loads of laundry. Our house is a 1950's home. Although everything is cleaned and refreshed with new double glazing and insulation, the house is not shiny and new. If ventilation is not used, the studio can be prone to humidity. We do have a heat pump air conditioner and dehumidifier to help keep the room cozy. Spark provides the best mobile phone coverage. Other providers service coverage are intermittent in this area. There are two other apartments in the building, occupied by ourselves and our upstairs tenants.
