Welcome to our beautiful apartment with a cozy living room including a kitchenette, a bedroom, 1 extra room with two beds, 1 bathroom with shower/toilet and a covered wooden terrace. The apartment has a meadow for sunbathing, playing and barbecuing. Everything is decorated with love and our apartment is located in a former fishing village - in Pruchten - just 6 km from the bright sandy beach. It is located in the garden area and is therefore very quiet. The space The apartment is equipped for the disabled and is on the ground floor with a separate entrance. Only 100 m from the bike path leading directly to the beach. In the village there is a bakery and 100 m from the apartment a kitesurfing school as well as the rental of SUP (stand-up paddling). There is also a sports hall where various courses are offered. Other things to note Since 1/1/2022, Pruchten has been a recognized recreational resort and charges a spa tax of 2 euros per person per night, which must be paid in cash to the landlord on arrival.
