For private bathing pleasure, there is a natural pool with waterfall for free use at the Mulino (200 meters away towards Mercoscia). Other things to note The green slopes and rugged rocks on the doorstep invite you to extensive hikes through summer forests or autumn landscapes, whether to the Alpe dell Coripp, high above the village, along the river to the neighboring villages of Mercosica or Lavertezzo or on the opposite side of the valley to the year-round cultivated Alpe Odro or by cable car to the Alpe Bardughè at 1500 m. The green Verzasca River invites you to swim or dive, for example under the world-famous arched bridge in the neighboring village of Lavertezzo, to canyoning in the wild side valleys or bungee jumping on the dam of Lake Vogorno, where the brave can do the same as James Bond. But even in the less visited, remote tributaries there are fantastic natural pools with crystal clear water.
