The space All the way at the end of the road is this special place named, "Fiddlers Creekside". For 25 years I have lived across the street at Fiddler's Green Ranch and were friends with the owner. He approached me in March 2016 and told me he wanted me to have this property. He knew how we loved the land and maintained our ranch and marveled at his love of his land. Clovis was an amazing man and this property was his dream. He passed away in September that very year. He knew he picked the perfect family to continue his vision. And now for the rest of the story! People come for the healing powers of the hill country. You may or may not see anyone during your stay. Enjoy the wildlife, the water, the area attractions. The 1 bedroom "cabin" is about 1,000 square feet, crafted of rock collected from the property and native cedar. The expansive front porch sports million dollar views. The large living room features a giant native stone fireplace and several seating areas. Sit and rock on one of the porches or hike down the hill past the beautiful garden to the palapa. Further down the steps is the water. The kitchen features nearly every amenity for the most adventurous cook, a BBQ deck with a gas grill, or head to town for amazing dining options . Anything you want or have forgotten may be just a phone call away! This home completely relies on rainwater collection and I ask you to be conservative, if at all possible! Guest access The entire home and property is open for guest use. Although the 600' of creek is private, there are other owners that may be present at their adjacent properties and common areas. Other things to note The entire property relies solely on rainwater collection. Water conservation is required. We ask you limit showers to as brief as possible and be mindful of all water consumption., including dish washing. Conservation is our way of life. No burning outside of any kind other than in the BBQ grill. No fireworks. No discharging of firearms of any kind. The washer and dryer are only available to those staying over one week. Your well behaved pet is welcome. No car washing, dog washing, any water use unless a necessity is strictly prohibited. A reminder this is an ADULT only property.
