Downtown, Lungarno Bruno Buozzi n°2, small but cozy, well-organized bedroom with a single bad and a queen-size LOFT bed, in a beautiful flat situated in an ancient palace, nearby Faculty of Economics and Congress Palace. one of two beds IS ON THE MEZZANINE. You can reach the flat at second floor by a confortable stair. THE LIFT IS NOT AVAILABLE. You could share the apartment with other guests. The flat includes some common areas (living room, kitchen and two bathrooms) The space Centrally located in Lungarno Bruno Buozzi No. 2, on the second floor of an ancient and elegant building with a green and quiet internal garden, a nice room, small but well organized, with A SINGLE BED and A QUEEN SIZE BED on the MEZZANINE (recommended for... AGILE people!). The apartment is accessed via a convenient stone staircase. Sorry, the elevator is NOT available... not even for me! We rent four other rooms in the apartment, while we live elsewhere. The building borders the University of Economics and the Palazzo dei Congressi. The flat is on the second floor and you can reach it by a comfortable staircase (sorry, THE LIFT IS NOT AVAILABLE... not even for me!) ONE OF TWO BEDS IS ON THE MEZZANINE: recommended for AGILE people! The apartment includes four other private rooms for rent and some common areas (entrance, living room, kitchen and two bathrooms) that you could share with other guests; it is not our residence. Guest access Guests will be able to take advantage of the relaxation area and the equipped kitchen; the two newly built bathrooms, shared with the other guests, are both equipped with comfortable glass shower boxes. COMMON AREAS are cared for and CLEANED EVERY DAY. It is obviously allowed to open the doors on the BALCONY where, however, ACCESS IS PROHIBITED. PARKING bicycles and motorcycles inside the building is PROHIBITED. IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO ACCESS THE PRIVATE GARDEN AT THE BACK OF THE BUILDING. Additional guests ARE NOT ALLOWED to access the apartment. The guests can enjoy the relaxation area and equipped kitchen; the bathroom, shared with the other guests, has a glass shower enclosure. The common areas are CLEANED and tidied up EVERY DAY. It is obviously allowed to open the doors on the BALCONY, where, however, it is FORBIDDEN TO ACCESS. It's FORBIDDEN to PARK cycles and motorcycles inside the building. ACCESS TO THE BUILDING'S PRIVATE GARDEN IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. During your stay Guests will enjoy complete autonomy, with the certainty of privacy and comfort; the two bathrooms and common areas are tidied up and cleaned every day; disposable gloves are available in the apartment. Linen is changed every 4 days; each guest has 3 towels: bath towel, hand towel, guest towel. If requested, guests can receive an extra change of linen. Each room has a clothesline and a fan; windows and doors- windows are equipped with mosquito nets. Bathrooms and common areas are cleaned daily; disposable gloves are available in the apartment. Proximity to the station, the Palazzo dei Congressi, the Museo di San Matteo e della Grafica, the Leopolda and the Giardino Scotto, with the university faculties of Economics, Agriculture, Veterinary Medicine and Law (Polo Piagge). TO CHECK IN: after 7 p.m. we offer the SELF-CHECK-IN service without time constraints, the methods of which will be communicated only after booking and allowed only if preceded by the sending of your personal details. ACCOMMODATION TAX: according to current legislation, the Municipality of Pisa has recently communicated the new rates of the Accommodation Tax (€2.50 per person/per day) to be collected at check-in. You can park in front of the building for €1.60/hour from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., free from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. and Sunday. Nearby parking is free all day. TO CHECK-IN: from 8 p.m. onwards we offer the SELF-CHECK-IN service, without time constraints, the methods of which will be communicated only after the booking and allowed only if preceded by the sending of personal details.
