This condo features an infinity pool, a two-storey gym, and a rooftop jacuzzi accompanied with a stunning bird’s eye view of Johor Bahru, among others. We hope to welcome you to our meticulously designed apartment! The space This is a 1,381 sqft (128sqm) apartment with 3 bedrooms, each with its own private restroom. The restroom connected to the master bedroom has a jacuzzi tub. A foosball soccer table, children storybooks and toys are available for use. The apartment follows the modern minimalism theme, with a slight touch of nature, as seen from the earthy tones on the walls and bird-related ornaments used. Further, each room commands its own beautiful view of Johor/ Singapore. Apartment update: The dining room aircon is currently undergoing maintenance. The dining and living room is connected, and based on our (and our past guests') experience the aircon in the living room is sufficient to cool the dining room too! The condominium has 24 hour security, and the lifts can only be operated using an access card. 2 designated parking lots are available for guests’ use. A mini mart that sells food and daily essentials sits right above the guardhouse. The mini mart is open from 9am to 9pm daily. Guest access As a tenant in the condominium, guests can have access to the following amenities: Two storey gym (Level 7: 7am - 10pm) [Update: Gym will be closed for renovation works for a month starting 25 Nov 2024] Children’s playground (Level 7 and 26) Infinity pool (Note: swimsuits are compulsory!) (Level 7: 7am - 10pm) Vending machines (Level SB and 7) Minimart (Above the guardhouse: 9am-9pm) Open exercise area (Level 26 and rooftop) Lounge sitting area (with wifi) (Level 26 and 27) Games room (include table tennis table and mahjong tables. Note: table tennis bats and balls are not provided. Mahjong tiles are available for rental from the management office [no charge].) (Level 7: 7am - 10pm) Childcare room (include console games, darts machines and pool table. Deposit of RM 200 is required to use the room.) (Level 7: 9-5pm on weekdays, 9-1pm on Saturdays) Rooftop jacuzzi 2 rooftop BBQ pits (1 halal pit, 1 non halal pit) (RM 120 of refundable deposit, require advanced booking) Other things to note There will be penalty fees of RM500 charged through Airbnb for missing keycards. Damages found in the apartment would be charged to guests, and decided case-by-case. (Please do not break any of our ornaments! We spent a lot of time curating the space and finding the pieces.) Unless advance notice is given, if keycards are not placed in the letter box by 12pm on the day of check out, a penalty of RM250 will be levied. If you would like to dispose the rubbish at the common rubbish chute on level 12 (behind the lift area), please throw the rubbish IN THE CHUTE. Please do not leave the rubbish on the floor. The management office takes this very seriously and will impose a fine of RM1000. This fine will be solely borne by the group of guests that dumps the rubbish on the floor. If the rubbish is too big and cannot fit inside the rubbish chute, please dispose this in the green bin at level 1. Late check out without advance notice given applies at RM100/hour. Please let us know in advance and get our permission on any late check out requests. If the property is not taken care properly, e.g. left in a bad state after the stay, and requires more cleaning, the respective fees will be charged.
