Beautifully located house near 3 stunning beaches

Welcome to my home set in the beautiful village of Cubert. The accommodation is a 3-bedroomed end terrace cottage. There is private off-road parking for one car and street parking without restrictions directly outside. There is a large, private enclosed garden to the rear with mature trees/shrubs, a large lawn, a seating area with bespoke garden furniture and a separate BBQ area. Additionally, I can provide 2 beginners surf boards for a small refundable deposit. Please enquire when booking. The space The sunny conservatory/dining area overlooks the garden, perfect for relaxing in at the end of a busy day. There is a washing machine/tumble drier for your convenience. The small but fully equipped kitchen features an AEG double oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher.  The cosy living room has two comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV/DVD player. There are some DVDs for your use should the weather be less than perfect. The first of the three double bedrooms is at the front of the property and has a king-size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Upstairs are two further double bedrooms featuring stunning views over the fields at the front of the property. It is this view that gives the cottage its name.  The bathroom features a toilet and full-sized bath with electric shower over. The sea can be seen from the upstairs hall window.
