We have a brand new Two-Story Townhouse with an open concept floor plan that sleeps up to 8 people. Walk in to a living room beautifully filled with natural light and modern furniture, following into our dining area with an eat in kitchen. The kitchen has all white quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. Help yourself to coffee and tea, and our fully equipped kitchen. Located on the main level you also have a powder room and a washer and dryer to use at your leisure. Next, walk up to our second floor where you will find two large bedrooms, as well as a loft with a Queen sized memory foam sleeper sofa and large flat screen TV. Each bedroom is designed to make you feel cozy and at home, accompanied by two full bathrooms, and ample closet/storage space. We also supplied some of our favorite family games to play! Please enjoy your stay and see below for rules and other information. For your stay: Parking: There are two parking spots located behind the townhouse. As well as, ample amounts of street parking. Please do not use the neighbors parking spaces. Wifi: Password will be provided for you once you book your reservation at our home. Televisions: Both TV's have a built in Roku and can be connected to your Netflix, Hulu, etc. (Please make sure to logout before you checkout) Security: Both the front and back door will have key code entry, the code will be sent to you once you have booked. Touch screen to illuminate the key pad. If 2 numbers appear, press both to unlock the full key pad. To Unlock: Enter 4 digit code. To Lock : Press lock symbol *Disclaimer: The front and back yard are also monitored by live security feed* When Checking in: Please feel free to text us and let us know that you have entered the home with ease and everything is to your liking. Check out is at 10am (Sunday - Thursday) Check out is at 9:30am (Friday-Saturday) Before Checking Out: Please make sure to remove all sheets from beds and put all used towels on top of the washer and dryer. Please make sure to remove all trash from trash cans and put in the large trash receptacle outside the back of the home. Please make sure to place any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run the dishwasher. Please make sure to wash any cookware and knives and put away to their appropriate places.
