The renovated Serendipity26 comprises a fully equipped kitchen/living and bathroom. Pool and beach towels are provided. Find the commun swimming pool, adjacent to a sandy beach. Unlimited wifi available - TV with fire stick The space Located on the first floor, Serendipity26 has an airco-ed living/kitchen (induction, microwave, oven, coffee machine etc.), a luxurious bathroom (rain shower, spacious sink) and a master-bedroom (box-spring and fan). All-round mosquito protection. Fresh bedlinen and towels are available upon request. If booked 3-4 persons, mezzanine with two single beds and baby-bed. Upon arrival you will find starter pack with toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, tea, coffee etc.. Guest access From the quiet street, you enter Porto Antigo 2 via a secluded entrance with 24/7 reception/security. Upon arrival, our hostess will welcome you. You can access the pool with free sun loungers and have access directly onto the beach. Other things to note As it's a Condominium with several apartments (80) we ask all our guests to respect each other therefore the management has some rules : *Quiet hours from 10pm to 7am * pool is open daily from 8am to 8.30pm *don't block any sunchairs *No glass on the pool *Dont wash your surf equipment or toys in pool *Don't hang wet towels over the balcony railing 'Don't feed any stray cats or dogs in the complex *no visitors are allowed on or in the pool
