The point of arrival to the apartment is in Via di Fetovaia, bordered by a gate that enters the property and into the private and covered parking; from here with an uphill path through a small pine forest you reach the apartment. The house can also be reached from Via di Barbatoja (below the provincial road) through a downhill ladder. Being the apartment halfway between the provincial road and the beach, it is emphasized that due to the presence of steps, both routes are not easy for wheelchairs or strollers. The apartment is part of a building that includes two residential units. It consists of a spacious, fully furnished, air-conditioned double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds and an open closet, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a large, fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, an electric oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, and everything you need for cooking and dining. There is also satellite TV, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. The kitchen opens onto a covered terrace equipped with a sink, table and chairs, where it is pleasant to dine and relax while enjoying the beautiful view of the bay of Fetovaia.
