Fior d 'alivu

Fior d'alivu is a new independent house (70 m2) with private pool (8 m x 3.5 m), classified as 3-star furnished tourist accommodation by Decree No. C550/2020. It is located on the edge of departmental road 208, 2.5 km from the village of Urtaca, 10 minutes from Ostriconi beach and 20 minutes from Ile Rousse. Fior d'Alivu has air conditioning. WiFi, parking and bowling are private and free (bowls provided). Partially fenced land. Dogs accepted under supervision of the owners. The space This house, without close neighbors or facing, is not isolated: it has direct access to the communication routes that serve the rest of the region. It has a privileged geographical location, close to the sea and the mountains. Very functional, because everything is on one level, its outdoor space allows games and relaxation. Housing hygiene has always been a priority, but since COVID 19, additional health measures have been put in place before guests arrive: cleaning of doorknobs, furniture handles, furniture surfaces, switches, outlets etc. with disinfectant wipes. The TV, decoder, and air conditioning remote controls, after cleaning, are placed in plastic bags that are changed after each guest check-in. White cotton bed linens are washed with diluted bleach. Bathroom linens are washed at 60°C for at least half an hour. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, private parking and the land surrounding the house.
