The space This two-room apartment is located on the first floor of the main building of our 18th century Mas and is accessed by an external staircase leading to a terrace where the front door is located. On this terrace a table and two chairs are installed. You live in this apartment in total autonomy and independence in a guest house where you can, if you wish, use various services such as breakfast, cleaning during your stay, library, laundry etc. The apartment is composed of a living room/kitchen equipped with a sofa bed that can be suitable for one or two children (or an adult); a bedroom with large double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) bathroom with shower and toilet. TV and DVD player. It is very bright: East and South East location. It is heated by radiators, central heating and reversible air conditioning. Air conditioning for the summer. Free Wi-Fi access in the apartment and in the property Guest access Our guests of the apartment "Le Balcon" have access to the heated pool (from mid-April to October) of the House (free access 24 hours a day), the terrace surrounding it, sunbathing, parasols, tables and chairs. A wooden terrace under a large chestnut tree is the perfect place to have lunch or dinner. Shaded parking is available to guests, and the property locks at night (our guests have the key upon arrival). An electric charging station for electric vehicles is installed in the parking lot. Flat-rate charge. To entertain you: bowling, ping pong table, hiking, or bike rental. Other things to note We rent our apartment "Le Balcon" as a vacation rental. Sheets and linens are provided. The beds are made on arrival. But many options are possible: Have breakfast with the hosts of the guest rooms (€10/pers), intermediate cleaning (€22), use of a washing machine (€5), rental of electric bicycles, sale of drinks, etc...
