The studio apartments are located in Kaštela, Croatia, 50 m from the sea. The accommodation consists of 2 studio apartments within a family house with a separate entrance on the ground floor. One is brand new and very practical (3 pax). The other is in retro style (2 pax). They are illuminated and spacious. In front there is a space in the shade for relaxation and a large olive grove. Possibility of recreation volleyball, badminton. A special feature is the possibility of isolation or bases for excursions in the surrounding area. Communication via email, Viber. The space The studio apartment 3/1 is brand new, modern and practical. It consists of a large double bed that is illuminated by LED lighting and creates a special atmosphere, and an extra bed. Kitchen equipped (with kettle, microwave). Folding table and chairs. Air conditioning, TV/SAT... Toilet with shower (towels, toiletries). Studio apartment 2/1 is in retro style. Very cozy and comfortable large double bed. Equipped kitchen (plus kettle). Air conditioning. Toilet with shower (towels, hygiene supplies). The space in front is very pleasant for socializing with a large number of people, as well as reading a book in peace or sunbathing in a large green garden overlooking a relaxing olive grove. possibility of recreation (volleyball, badminton) It is wonderful for early morning yoga practice (sun salutation). Proximity to the sea 50 m. Spacious beaches with music and local offerings or tucked away quiet coves. Possibility of ironing and washing clothes on request at an additional cost.
