Cosy private room in a charming 2-bedroom-apartment with private garden & balcony. It is perfectly located in the heart of Luxembourg-City - just a short walk away from the country's main train & bus station "GARE-Centrale" - in a quiet side-street of "Bonnevoie" which is the city's most cosmopolitan, creative & upcoming neighbourhood. With it's great central location & all the amenities, it is the perfect place to stay for short-, mid- & long-term (business) trips and to discover Luxembourg! The space Cosy private room with large window, 140cm-queen-size-double-bed, wardrobe with mirror, chair & small desk in a modern 2-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor of a small 3-unit residence that is centrally located. The apartment's shared common areas consist of a bathroom with a shower, toilet, lavatory & mirror. They also include a washing & a drying machine in the basement, a smokers-friendly balcony with a table & 2 chairs as well as a private garden. But the highlight is probably the very functional open-kitchen-living-room-area that contains: the L-shaped bar-kitchen with induction-cooker, dishes & dishwasher, microwave & oven, big fridge & freezer, kettle & coffee-machine, dining board & 3 bar-stools; an extendable (dining) table with seats for up to 6 persons; an L-shaped couch with seats for up to 5 people that easily folds into a 140cm-queen-size-double-bed. Guest access Guests will get their own keys & are allowed to access all the parts of the apartment as mentioned above & shown on the pictures. The bedroom is private, but guests will have to share the common areas (i. e. bathroom, kitchen-living-room) of the apartment with the person who occupies the other bedroom (me or other guests) during their stay. During your stay Normally guests will receive the keys & instructions from myself. In case I'm not around, guests can reach me via mobile phone or e-mail and I'll try to do my best to provide them with the advice, information or help they need. Other things to note Because of the apartment's very central location in the heart of Luxembourg-City, those who are very sensitive to sound could be bothered by the noise of birds, planes, construction sites, cars, trains, neighbours, etc.
