Villa in Brentwood

It’s a quiet home in a nice and safe neighborhood with a beautiful lake. Only need 5 -15minutes drive to the nearest bank, restaurant, Shopping, AMC, GYM and BART station. a little over an hour away from Silicon Valley, San Francisco, Sacramento, Napa Valley and Sonoma. a little over 3 hours from Lake Tahoe and Yosemite. The space Our house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, I rent a private room and a public toilet, share kitchen, hall and garden. Guest access Speeding broadband, washing machine, dryer, ironing board, coffee machine etc. During your stay The host will try his best to personally receive the arrival of the tenant, and provide the check-in contact information in advance so that the tenant can check in smoothly. Other things to note Tenants are not allowed to hold parties in the villa; Tenants are not allowed to stay in more than the number of people allowed; Tenants are not allowed to bring pets; Tenants are not allowed to engage in illegal activities such as drug abuse and drug trafficking in the room. Tenants are not allowed to walk with shoes on the carpet when entering the villa. No smoking inside, no noise after 8:00pm
