The Villa features 3 bedrooms, two of which are air conditioned and one with a ceiling fan. It also features an alarm system, a car port, outdoor area with BBQ, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. The space The master air conditioned bedroom with a double bed and ensuite is located on the ground floor. It has its own bathroom and toilet. The second airconditioned bedroom on the first floor has two single beds that can be put together and converted into a double. That bedroom also has its own TV with access to local channels. The third bedroom with a ceiling fan has one double bed and features a balcony with partial mountain views. Guests will benefit from complimentary WiFi during their stay and private parking is available on site in the covered car port. The american Kitchen opens up on the living room where one can watch TV while cooking. The outdoor area has a BBQ and is big enough to have people over. The villa features 2 flat-screen TVs, an equipped kitchen with a microwave, a fridge and a washing machine. The main door to access the house from the street is remote controlled making it easy to get in without having to leave the car. The new Metro express (Tram) recently built to link Curepipe to the capital Port Louis is only a few metres away but far enough to not be bothered by the noise. Its nearest station is only a 5mins walk from the villa. Location is ideal!
