It's located 2min walking from the subway, meaning direct connections to all major tourist sites and train stations. It's ideal for work a traveler seeking a central, lively, and safe neighborhood without the noises/troubles of the super-center. The space At first, this flat was my own little sanctuary, meticulously chosen for its natural light and designed with taste before my professional journey led me to foreign lands... Every element in this flat reflects a desire for comfort and aesthetics. Situated on the 1st floor, the flat overlooks a garden. It's a charming, modern 30 sqm studio that offers the comfort of a large apartment and is ideally suited for a work traveler seeking a central, lively, and safe neighborhood for a few months. The requirement to pass through a first building before reaching ours provides an added level of privacy and security. You will have the entire place for yourself with the use of all amenities such as blankets, linens, towels, hairdryer, ironing board, soaps, shampoo etc.. - The kitchen is modern and fully-equipped inclusive of a washing machine, dishwasher, oven/microwave etc. and featuring an elegant and luxurious granite bar :) - The leaving room dispose of a large L shape sofa that can be transformed in a sofa bed for occasional use. - Working from home is confortable. You have a high-speed fiber-optic internet access and a flat-screen TV with many french programs as well as YouTube, Netflix etc… An ergonomic desk chair is at your disposition, and you have the option of using the TV as a screen monitor. - The bathroom is tiny but with everything you need... - There is a king-sized bed of 160x200cm with an expensive high-quality mattress. Nights are extremely quiet since the park closes in the evening The flat overlooks the park, which is typically open from 10am to 6pm, depending on the season. Despite some usual outdoor noise until early evening, the flat remains peaceful, especially at night and morning, and is thankfully away from car traffic. During spring and summer, the trees lend a beautiful natural and enchanting illumination to the space ! Guest access The location is one of the better areas in Paris. Very central & Safe. You can go almost everywhere within 30 min. Close to all shops and transports (2min from Line 12, 7min from line 6, 10min from Line 10 + 5min buses 70,39 and 89) and to the best places in Paris : walking distance from Invalides, Champs de Mars, Eiffel Tower, Montparnasse... It's also 1 min walking to the very local Parisian street Rue Lecourbe where you can find all your daily shop, french food, marché, restaurant, terrasse café. You have a gym center, 5 min walking from the place as well with the single entrance at 15€. At 2 minutes walking distance you have the famous Piscine Blomet de Paris: It’s an indoor pool with natural lightening offering 50m swimming lanes & individu locker rooms. The single entrance is at 3,50€ or 28€ for 10 entrances, or 43€ for illimité entrance during 3 months. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ In accordance with the regulations, a rental agreement will be signed between the two parties. This apartment is rentable for at least 30 days and maximum 300 days (article 34 of ELAN law, modification of title Ibis of the law of July 6, 1989) via the "mobility lease". For the "mobility lease", the tenant will have to justify, at the time of taking effect of the lease, to be in one of the following situation: - in graduate studies - internship - in apprenticeship contract - in vocational training - professional change or temporary assignment (temporary or seasonal workers) - or in voluntary engagement as part of civic service.
