Studio with private courtyard in the heart of the vineyards

In the South-Gironde, in the heart of the Graves vineyards, the accommodation is located on a Girondine property, near the Bordeaux Wine Route in Graves and Sauternes. This 30 m² studio offers: an equipped kitchen, a shower room with toilet, a sofa, and a 160 x 200 cm bed. Bed linen provided. Towels provided on request (extra charge). An outdoor courtyard of 45 m2, dedicated to housing, with furniture (table, chairs, deck chairs) is at your disposal. WiFi and TV not available. The space Studio described by many guests as nice, quiet and clean. On sunny days, the courtyard is appreciated for outdoor dining or simply relaxing. Great for a couple's stay! Guest access - You have access to the whole studio as well as its outdoor courtyard which is entirely reserved for you. - Free street parking is available. We do not allow vehicle access to our property. - As the studio is attached to our house, access to the rental is via a common gravel driveway for a few meters. Other things to note No cleaning fee is charged, so we ask guests to leave the space as they found it upon arrival.
