This is a stand alone 2 storey six bedroom home in a walled compound with an electric fence, gorgeous green gardens and plenty of parking spaces . Beautiful parquet floors throughout and 3 cozy lounge areas , 2 indoors, a fireplace, and an outdoor dhow furniture lounge area. The decor 100% Tanzanian art that give you an insight and taste of Tanzanian arts and crafts, from renowned local paintings, makonde wood carvings and Maasai blankets to keep you warm on chilly Arusha nights + NETFLIX !! The space The home has plenty of space inside and four veranda areas for one to relax. Two in the front of the house and 2 in the back on both levels. With so much space around one can find a quiet corner in the house in the upstairs lounge area. Downstairs lounge area has a 55 inch flat screen TV with NETFLIX and other streaming channels available. Other things to note Please note that the country is currently experiencing load/power shedding. So electricity is not available at all hours. Please bear in mind there will be times of the day when electricity is not available and there is no back up generator available at present.
