Our nicely renovated flat hides in a small, quiet street just a few steps away from heart of Budapest. It comfortably sleeps 8 people in 3 rooms, has two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The famous "ruin pubs" are just a walk away... The space Smile-Inn Apartment is ideal: - for groups of friends, because the entertainment venues, restaurants and ruinpubs (“romkocsma”) are within walking distance. The apartment is only 300 meters away from Blaha Lujza square, a busy traffic node of the city with stops of the metro no. 2 (“red line”), tram no. 4-6, and several bus lines. A lot of sightseeing tours have their stops here, too. - for bigger families, because it is a well equipped, spacious apartment that offers comfortable rest between your programs. We kindly offer baby cot, baby tube, baby chair and toys for our youngest guests. Please let us know in advance if you need any of these. The apartment spreads over 100 sqm with 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, 2 toilets and a fully equipped kitchen: •room 1: 17 sqm, 2 single beds + 6,5 sqm loft with a double bed. •room 2: 27 sqm, 3 single beds and a big sofa •room 3: 12 sqm, 2 single beds Cookware in the kitchen: fridge, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee and tea maker, water heater, hand mixer, and general cooking equipment. You will find towels, soap, a hairdryer and toilet paper in the bathrooms,changing table is available on request. Free WiFi access is available for our guests. Check-in and check-out is very flexible, just let us know your preference. As our guest, we expect that you respect our neighbourhood by avoiding being too loud especially in the night. As the building is a *listed heritage property*, shutters cannot be installed, so the rooms may not be completely dark. 🚭 **Smoking** No smoking indoors. You may smoke outside using the provided ashtray. Please empty it into the large bins downstairs, not the kitchen trash. 🚫 **Drugs** Zero tolerance for illicit drugs. 🧹 **Cleaning** Please leave dishes clean and used towels in the bathroom. Extra cleaning may incur a €50 fee if required. Bed linen that cannot be properly cleaned will be replaced at your cost. Please collect and separate garbage (plastic/metal, paper, other). For bookings longer than one week, we arrange a mid-stay cleaning and towel change at a pre-agreed time. This way we can ensure you have a comfortable and fresh stay throughout your visit. 💥 **Accidents & Damages** Please let us know about any damage right away. No deposit is required, but repair or replacement costs may be charged if needed. 👥 **Guests** Only registered guests are allowed (by law). If you need to add guests (up to our 8-person max), please inform us in advance. We are required to collect basic ID details for all staying guests. 🎉 **Parties & Noise** Parties are not allowed. Quiet hours: **10 PM – 8 AM.** Unauthorized events may result in immediate eviction and extra cleaning fees. **BABY & TODDLER EQUIPMENT Upon request we can provide baby and toddler equipment, including: • baby cot and mattress • high chair • baby bathtub • basic baby supplies 🐾 **Pets** No pets allowed, except by prior agreement. **24/7 ASSISTANCE We provide 24-hour phone assistance – you can reach us any time in case of questions, technical issues or emergencies. If necessary, we will also come to the apartment personally to help you. **If you would like personal assistance at check-in or check-out, we are happy to be there in person. Just let us know in advance. **As the house is a protected historic building, installing shutters is not permitted.
