Guesthouse in Queenstown

You will have a private use of the guesthouse that includes 2 bedrooms, a fully furnished kitchen, private bath, and a large pool (in season). I've had potential guests inquire about the guesthouse preparation and cleaning.... Nearly all of my bookings are weekends -- check in Thursday or Friday, checkout Sunday, so there are 4-5 days where the place is empty except for my cleaner. The place is well cleaned but no radical steps are taken. Given the time lag and limited access I believe this to be more than adequate (but you may find some bugs have encroached here and there).
