Bright attic apartment in apartment building with 3 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. Currently furnished for 2 people. On request, overnight stay for up to 6 people possible (1 additional double bed and 1 sofa bed in separate rooms available). Sulzbach-Rosenberg is located on the Five Rivers Cycle Path and is a good starting point for various cycling and hiking tours. For climbers, rocks of the Franconian Jura are nearby, from 10 minutes by car (Hirschbach Valley, Krotenseer Forest approx. 20 minutes). The space Supplies: - Kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and kettle, - 3 separate rooms (1 double bed/high trampoline bed, 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed) - Separate shower and toilet - Washing machine and dryer on request. Parking is free in front of the house. Surroundings: There are also several supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy and ATM within walking distance. During the summer months various festivals are held in the area, on site beautiful outdoor swimming pool and great beer garden. The apartment remains closed for 24 hours before and after an occupancy. It is cleaned according to Covid 19 guidelines.
