The space As you can see in the photos, the apartment is located on the first floor of a beautiful building with garden. The apartment has an area of 75 m² and has a large living room , an equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and 3 bedrooms: two with a double bed (one of them is a suite with a private bathroom) and one with two single beds. Do not worry about the linens, they are also included! As well as toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer, etc. and everything you need to make your stay perfect. We have cot and high chair available at an additional cost, if you need please notify us in advance. Guest access You will have access and use of all spaces in the apartment: it is just for you! You can enjoy all the facilities that you will find in my apartment. Of course, the entire apartment has an internet connection via high-speed Wi-Fi. The apartment has heating for winter. Linens and towels included! We have cot and high chair available at an additional cost, if you need please notify us in advance. Other things to note Check-in time is from 15:00 ; although in some cases you can enter before, just ask me. If you arrive between 22:00 and 00:00 there will be a nightly check-in fee of 20€ between 00:00 and 01:00 of 30€ to be paid in cash on arrival. If you arrive after 1:00 please check availability and rates. The front door to the apartment slams shut. It is important not to forget the keys inside during your stay in the city. At check out time, please leave the keys on the table in the living room and close the door behind you. The departure time is before 11:00 if we have not previously agreed another time.
