Apartment Ötztal

Our accommodation is located at 1,550 m above sea level in the beautiful Ötztal. The Niederthai Card is included in the price. This allows our guests to use the ski lift in Niederthai for free. Our house is located directly on the ski slope. The local tax must be paid on site. All year round €3.50 per person/day. Children up to the age of 15 are exempt from the local tax. This apartment is suitable for 4 adults and two children (bunk bed). The space The Ötztal apartment consists of a bedroom with a box spring bed and a bunk bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, an anteroom and a bathroom. On the balcony you have a beautiful view directly to the slopes. Guest access Main entrance, private entrance to the apartment. Parking available right in front of the house.
