The space This listing allows for use of 3 bedrooms and 1.5-bathrooms. It is on the ground floor (but is still bright and sunny!) with access to the backyard! For your comfort, we provide: 1. The L connects the coolest neighborhoods in NYC: you get to Williamsburg in 15 mins door-to-door (Bedford Ave) or Union Square in 30 mins door-to-door. Only 25 mins drive to JFK and public transportation from the apt to the airport is under 1 hour.
