Zeytincik Farm - the only house in a 50-acre garden

We are on a 50-acre plot 10 minutes away from Izmir airport. We have an olive grove in the front and an orchard and fields in the back. We have a stone oven and a stone bar outside, and a fireplace inside. You can play music with a professional sound system until the nationwide music ban starts. After the curfew starts, you can continue to play music with a home speaker. There are grocery stores, hospitals, pharmacies, restaurants nearby. Other things to note -For my guests who want to use the pita oven: it can only be used under the supervision of a professional chef for both the safety of my guests and to prevent damage to the area. - Since the area around our house is an agricultural production area, even though we regularly have it sprayed, insects or woodlice can be seen, albeit rarely. In such a case, you can use the insecticide in the house. - Our guests who want to use the fireplace and barbecue should bring their own wood and charcoal. -The canopy you see on the terrace in the photos is removed in the winter months and installed in the summer months.
