We are centrally located between Stevens Pass ski resort and Leavenworth. New construction on upper floor, the garage space below is separate & private. Open floor plan. Fully stocked kitchen. Gas fireplace and cozy furniture for tv or relaxing. Covered deck with grill. Master bedroom w/half bath. Luxury main bathroom with bath tub and oversized rain shower. AWD/4WD required in winter. Guest access Guests have access to the living space upstairs as well as the surrounding property. The garage below is private. During the spring, summer and fall there is a small public path across the road that leads to Lake Wenatchee, about a 5 minute walk down to lake front. The lake access is perfect for a couple beach chairs or launching a kayak or paddle board. Other things to note House capacity is for 4 guests total, this includes children under two. No pets of any kind. Please, no parties and be respectful of our neighbors. This house is nestled in the mountains. We have big winters, hot summers, wildlife and bugs. We are not responsible for environmental factors and expect our guests to educate themselves on our area, feel free to ask questions!!
