The Mulla Villa Cottages are a cosy comfortable stay for your next visit to Wollombi. Stay for the night, weekend or the full week. These cottages give you access to the full farm experience all while being able to still enjoy the comforts we all love. Enjoy coffee in the yard, go for a walk around the property to see all the farm animals or wonder along the walking track to the caves. 5-10 minutes to wedding venues. Optional hand animal feeding available on request The space Mulla Villa Farm stay is situated in the Wollombi Valley on a 74-acre property home to an abundance of native wildlife. Visit our gift shop and purchase a ball of our 100% pure alpaca wool made from our very own alpacas. Catch a glimpse of the kangaroos and wombats out for their evening dining experience. Go bushwalking or stroll down to the Wollombi brook. If you're an early riser wake up early to enjoy a morning stroll and catch a sight of the nocturnal animals, such as kangaroos and wombats making their way home. Guest access You're welcome to enjoy the walking track and explore the caves. Please shut all gates behind you when walking around as this is a working farm. Other things to note Check in is from 3pm. If early check in is needed please consider booking the night before as its not always available. Please note we are on tank water so while some drinking water is provided you may need to bring extra pending your needs. There is a shared BBQ available for use. (ask owners for details upon arrival) There is plenty of parking on the property however we do ask that any gate opened is to be shut as it is a working farm. There are dogs on the property to protect the livestock so please be mindful to not go into their area and be aware they do bark. (gates will be locked) There is a general store, cafes and pub just up the road in the Wollombi town centre.
