The space Our house is located in the rural and quiet suburb of Bayrischzell with direct views of the Wendelstein. The apartment is furnished in a rural style and is only heated via a wood-burning stove (the wood is provided). The apartment has a radio and TV connection. Our 3-room apartment is designed for 2 to 5 people, 75 m² and is located on the 1st floor. In the bedroom there is a double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m. In the children's room, there are two beds measuring 2.00 x 0.90 m. The couch in the living area can accommodate a maximum of two more people. The large balcony stretches over the south side of the house. Guest access Included in the rental price is: Use of the entire inventory. Bed and kitchen, electricity, water, heating, parking, radio and TV. Linens are changed weekly. Towels are to be brought.
