The apartment at Peacock Plantation provides guests with a comfortable, convenient home base for exploring NE Oklahoma. Less than 15 minutes away from Tulsa International Airport, in a secluded, friendly neighborhood, the Peacock Plantation has something for everyone. Come discover all the charm of this circa 1925 property built by the Mayo brothers, who rose to local prominence with the famed Mayo Hotel in downtown Tulsa. In between enjoying local attractions, sip coffee on your private porch or enjoy an evening glass of wine while listening to the fountain in your own courtyard. Guests may also stroll through the property grounds and enjoy the two ponds and maybe even catch a glimpse of one of the beautiful peacocks in residence. We hope to see you soon! Guests will have the entire apartment at Peacock Plantation to themselves, with its own entrance, courtyard, and enclosed porch. Off-street parking is available. Guests may also make use of the large yard surrounding the house. We offer contactless check-in, but are happy to mask up and greet you upon arrival if you prefer! The apartment is attached to our house, so it’s common that we see guests in passing during their stay, but the amount of interaction is up to the guest! We are always available if any problems arise or if you have any questions. Uber and Lyft are the best options for getting around if you are not bringing your own car or rental. We love to host well-behaved, house-trained dogs! Sorry, cats are not allowed. There is an additional $40 charge per stay for dogs. Dogs policy below must be followed: No dogs allowed on any furniture. Dogs must be crated when you are not present at the apartment. We ask that you pick up after your dog (bags provided). We ask that you supervise your dog when they are outside. We have two garden ponds that can sometimes be a nuisance for water-loving dogs.
