Latin quarter penthouse with private roof terrace

This place is really something: Top floor, perfect central location, Danish modernist furniture, lots of light and a large private terrace. Welcome to Copenhagen :-). The space Very spacious, recently redone, top floor flat with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom (shower and heated tiles). Perfect for a couple in search of a place with very good standard or for up to 4 people. The flat is very clean and with lots of light. Lovely terrace with pic-nic table, plants and evening lights. You can hear the Rådhus bells and the laid back buzz of the city, and you can see the tops of the old Copenhagen roofs from the kitchen windows. The bedroom has a double bed with Tempur mattress and pillows (memory foam). Firm and very comfortable. Kitchen has everything, including dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. All appliances are new and very well cared for. This apartment could not be better located, you will be near everything: 8 minute walk from the Central station, 5 minute walk from Nørreport station. Museums, restaurants, Botanical garden, Tivoli, shopping streets, all are a short walking distance :-). This is the only flat on the building's 4th floor. The flat is in Copenhagen's Latin Quarter, so you can expect a lively atmosphere and lots of restaurants and shops including Købmagergade and Strøget, as well as vintage and designer boutiques of Krysstalgade in addition to the places right at Studiestræde. Weekends are especially active with the bars nearby so you might be able to hear some music at night, but nothing to keep you up (this is the top floor and the bedroom faces the quiet inside yard). It is very well maintained, and the terrace makes it very special for a place so central. Lots of public transit nearby: buses, trains, metro, and bike-rentals.
