New apartment near the beach (3 minutes by car, 15 minutes by walk) is situated in the 1st floor. Very securely furnished. In the kitchen gas stove, gas oven, microwave oven, washer with dryer, toaster, sandwich maker, mixer, juicer, electric kettle. In room 1 - big bed 180x200, in room 2 - 2 beds 90x200, in the salon can sleep 2-3 persons. In flat is Smart TV and wifi. The bathroom has a shower (iron, hair dryer). For a fee, towels can be rent - 5,-EUR per stay. The space The apartment has 2 security locks. In case of a key loss, a fee of 50EUR is charged. Security deposit of 450,- EUR will be selected upon arrival of the guest and will be refunded upon check-in of the apartment upon departure. Guest access Terase in up on the roof.
