Our apartment is in the heart of Airlie Beach. It is in the centre of everything. Shops, restaurants, entertainment, swimming lagoon and beaches are at your doorstep. There are no hills to climb. The marinas are in 10 minute walking distance. You can have a cold beer or a glass of wine on the balcony while enjoying the view and sea breezes. We offer free wi-fi, Netflix and provide as many essential items for your stay to create a home away from home. The space Our apartment offers two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed the other with 2 single beds, both rooms have built in wardrobes. There's a well appointed kitchen for self catering, a dining and living area, a spacious bathroom and laundry. The bedrooms and living space have ceiling fans and air conditioning. The outside balcony faces the Airlie Beach Lagoon, this is a great spot to relax, offering an undercover seating/dining space for outdoor dining. The kitchen is stocked with basics including tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt, pepper, paper towel and napkins. Fresh milk is popped into the fridge for your arrival to get you started. We also have a Nespresso coffee machine with coffee pods, a Breville sandwich press and rice cooker. We have stocked our kitchen with good quality utensils and dining ware to properly cater for those who like to cook and eat in. We provide good quality linen, towels and beach towels for your stay. Our laundry is fitted with a washing machine, dryer, clothes hoist along with liquid washing soap. The living area features a smart TV, we also have an array of board games, books and magazines. We supply 2 large umbrellas in case there's a rainy day. There's also some pool toys to enjoy at the lagoon, beach or Cedar Creek Falls. If you don't have a car our apartment is perfect, you'll find our central location walking distance to restaurants, shopping, Woolworths, the lagoon and beaches. Other things to note We offer a free secure underground carpark, a height restriction of 2 metres applies.
