The apartment has a balcony and a large garden, is simple and functional. Four-legged guests are welcome and have plenty of space in the fenced garden! In the village there is a shop, in the neighboring village of Saone (reachable on foot in 20 minutes) two restaurants. The village of Tione (4 km) has several supermarkets, a post office, library, pharmacy and restaurants. There is plenty of space in the entrance for sports equipment. In the hallway there are two bouldering mats to borrow! The space The apartment is located right in the village and is ideal for athletes and families. For athletes, there are climbing rocks in Preore and Coltura and in the neighborhood, a Vita-Parcour in the village, various hiking trails, mountain bike trails and beautiful tours by racing bike. In the neighboring valley you can kitesurf (Idrosee) and ski (Pinzolo-Madonna di Campiglio ski area). For families, there are stroller-friendly walking paths along the river and a playground in the village. In the neighboring valley there is also an aqua park (Condino) and a high rope park (Breguzzo). Guest access Guests have access to the apartment, balcony and garden. Access from the street is at ground level, without stairs; on the other side of the house, a (steep) staircase leads from the balcony to the garden.
