Vosgienne House and Family Garden

An old house, a large garden, a small stream and the forest in the background; located 650 meters above sea level, our pretty home will delight adults and children. The space Our house is a traditional building in the Vosges that we are renovating with natural materials. In the heart of a beautiful mountain village, our house is ideal for recharging your batteries in the heart of nature. Thanks to its 38 ha garden with three water basins, a nice little stream and no direct neighbors, the place is conducive to rest and leisure. Depending on its configuration, the house is ideal for 2 couples with children, but we accept more guests if they don't mind not being in the best comfort. Guest access The ground floor is composed of a very minimalist kitchen square, a nice living room, a small bathroom/toilet and a large double bedroom/offices and a vaulted cellar. The floor includes two bedrooms separated by a small airlock, one is the children's room (it does not include a door) and the other and a small double room (with door). The land extends to the back of the house on 38 ha with pools of water and a nice little stream. In the garden, there is no direct neighborhood. The entire living area is accessible to guests. Only outbuildings will not be accessible (barn/attic) The house is an old building ( it's not modern) The ground floor consists of a very simple kitchen, a living room, a small bathroom / wc and a large room double bedroom / office. The first floor is accessible with a small temporary ladder which is not dangerous. It has two bedrooms and a small airlock, the children's room is large but does not include a door. It has one single bed, two futon matress and one baby bed, the other room is very small but very comfortable and cosy. The land extends to the back of the house and there is no direct neighbour, in good weather it is possible to take out a table and chairs to eat in the garden. There is a small stream in the land. the entire house is accessible exept the attic and the barn. Other things to note Our rental price is not high because the house is still being renovated: some parts of the floors and walls are still unfinished, the kitchen sink and the staircase are temporary... But it is comfortable and properly heated in winter (central heating and wood stove) Of course, being our main residence, all our belongings remain on site during rentals... At your request and depending on the duration of your stay, we can free up storage space. The house is still under renovation, so some floors and walls are still rough; Finishes are in progress (children's room, cellar-kitchen) but the house is comfortable and well heated.
