Summer 2023 - available w/ Main House Charming private guesthouse located in owners back yard. Accessible via private entrance the guesthouse offers a queen bed, full bath, kitchenette, and desk workspace. Just minutes to the beach, nightlife, restaurants, etc. Local attractions include many stunning beaches, the OC fairgrounds, Disneyland, world-class shopping (Fashion Island & South Costa Plaza), Anaheim Stadium, Honda Center, Festival of the Arts, Newport Beach Harbor, and many others. Recently remodeled space includes a queen bed, full bath (shower and bathtub), kitchenette including refrigerator, and a desk workspace. The space includes its own private entrance with keypad access so that guests can come and go as they please. Overlooking the backyard and patio, the space feels open, airy, and comfortable. Guest access Guests will be able to access the guesthouse through their own private entrance and keypad access. Guests are welcome to enjoy the patio seating which includes a couch under the cabana, a dinning table, and a small bistro table. We have a medium-sized dog who is friendly, but shy at first . We'll keep her in areas where she won't have access to your entrance, but just in case, please use caution when coming in and out the side entrance to make sure the gate is shut securely. There is no AC in the unit, you get a nice breeze through the big sliding windows and there is a ceiling fan. The weather is usually very pleasant and most people in this area do not have or need AC. We do have an occasional hot day but the fans suffice.
