The sun porch off the kitchen looks out to the deck and mountains beyond. The house is situated in Waterville Estates. Guests have access to a large community center with indoor + outdoor pools, restaurant, sports courts, + pond. We provide 1 guest pass. Other guests pay a daily fee.
