Welcome to the Ferguson Nason Walker Estate. Your room has a full-size bed, nightstand, desk and chair, dresser with mirror, closet, fridge, TV, WiFi, and coffee station. Off- street parking. W&D. Located in downtown South Berwick and just a short drive to restaurants, golf course, shopping and the sea coast. Ideal for the traveling professional. Please, no remote workers. The space The property consists of a large house with side porch and a carriage house, all situated on almost 2 acres of land. There is an in ground pool with seating area within a fenced in area and there is a small vegetable garden, chicken coop with chickens and a duck house with ducks tucked in the far corner of the yard. In the house, the rooms are large, some with hardwood, some with carpet. Also, there is old-fashioned wallpaper throughout the house. An artist had painted a mural on the dining room walls that depicts life in South Berwick in the 18 century. This home is on the historical registry. Guest access You will have full access to the kitchen, one and one half bathrooms, living room, dining room, laundry room, porch, pool and yard. You will have your own parking space in the driveway. During your stay I will be available in person or via text or email when needed. Other things to note I require the guest to sign a term lease agreement.
