It has been renovated with numerous materials including steel, reclaimed wood, and cast concrete. The floors are original. The screened porch and large sliding window are unique features of the space. During your stay you will have access to the Soque River where you will find a screened pavilion, a screened lounge with prep kitchen. A Big Green Egg and gas grill are available for your use at the river. There is a stocked fire pit at the river's edge plus others on the property for your use. Below the shoals is a small island from which you can swim or launch kayaks which are available to rent through Melissa. Melissa lives 3 miles away and is available if you have any questions during your stay. You may explore all of the property using the map provided.
