The apartment is designed for 1 - 3 people, adjacent to the bedroom is a separate room (about 15 m²) with a single bed, private workplace and an infrared heat cabin. I think that the accommodation is an ideal place of residence for tenants who do not want to miss the proximity to the center but would like to live in a district with its own "alternative" charm and a lot of flair. Guest access Separate entrance via the staircase. The entire apartment is at your disposal and is located on the second floor. Self check-in. Other things to note *Heating: The achievable room temperature is set at 22° C. The heating season depends on the established times and begins around the beginning of October and ends around the end of April. Depending on the weather, we adjust the season. *Proper ventilation: To avoid mold, it is necessary to carry out a strong shock ventilation at least 1 to 2 times a day for 5 minutes with the windows wide open (not just tilted!).
