Stays of 1–6 months. The space The apartment is on the 1st floor in a quiet courtyard location and offers typical Viennese living character with good connections and infrastructure. It is particularly suitable for tenants who are living in Vienna for a limited period of time and want to combine proximity to the center with a lively, independent neighborhood. The approximately 70 m² are divided into a bedroom with a king-size double bed, an additional room with a large single bed (120 x 200 cm) and a private workstation, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. In total, this comfortably accommodates up to three people. Another workstation is available in the living or sleeping area, so that parallel work is also possible. Adjacent to the bedroom is a separate room (approx. 15 m²) with a single bed, a workstation and an infrared heat cabin. A washing machine, TV and Wi-Fi are provided. The apartment has a cozy ambience where, based on experience, you quickly settle in. The surroundings offer a very good infrastructure: Tram line 49, U3, shopping and restaurants are easily accessible. This way, you stay close to the city but live in a district with its own, slightly "alternative" character and a lot of local flair. Guest access The apartment has a separate entrance via the staircase and is available for the exclusive use of the residents during their temporary stay. It's located on the first floor. The heating season is based on the usual periods (usually around the beginning of October to the end of April) and can be adjusted depending on the weather.
